From what I've read on Dart, I believe it is technology worth supporting. However, no one can really say if it'll increase in popularity, as any prediction will always have uncertainty.
JavaScript has been a long established language for the web. If any company can change this, it is probably Google. I have high hopes on Dart to eventually become ECMAScript's successor, and I personally predict that this will indeed happen in the next few years.
So for now, no. Ask again in a year or two.

Thank you. It does look like it has the potential to become widely-used.

Dart is still in development, all features are beta, even the syntax is not at any release state.
Surely a much better language in comparison to JavaScript.
If Dart is ready, I would vote for it to replace JS.
Right now I am using CoffeeScript and TypeScript, but I do not have any hope for these, unless CoffeeScript can make a faster progress. TypeScript's concept isn't good because it inherits bad JS.
I would recommend to wait until Dart is ready, it can take 1 or 2 more years. Besides there's still one big problem left, which is the standardization of the language, Microsoft and (maybe) Apple won't vote for it easily.

Right now i wouldn't consider Dart as your primary source of profit. Language is *very* young. It's not very revolutionary. It worth few hours, days, weeks of playing with it, just to catch up with interesting new ideas in programming language architecture, but it's not really commercially valuable at the moment.
